Starbucks Muffins
- 1 egg
- 3 2/3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 6 3/4 tablespoons coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- vanilla extract
- 7/8 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- 6 tablespoons milk
- powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, mix the egg, oil, baking soda, baking powder, coffee, salt, and vanilla.
- Add the sugar and cocoa powder and mix well. Add the flour and milk in small separate batches, and mix well, creating a thin batter.
- Pour batter into lined or lightly oiled and floured muffin pans. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
