Pizza Macaroni Casserole
- 3 1/4 c. uncooked macaroni
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 16 oz. can pizza sauce
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- Cook macaroni in salted water until tender; drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef and onion; drain off all fat.
- Combine beef with onion and macaroni in skillet.
- Add pizza sauce and tomato sauce and seasonings to taste; mix and blend well.
- Put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish, any amounts; top with grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Arrange sliced pepperoni, green pepper strips on top just as you would a pizza.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven until thoroughly heated. Glass dish, 25 minutes; Metal dish, 50 minutes.
- Serves 8.
