Mexican Coleslaw

  1. Combine shredded cabbage with green onions, tomato and green pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, salad dressing, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toss with cabbage mixture.
  4. Place large cabbage leaves on 4 individual salad plates.
  5. Divide coleslaw among plates.
  6. Garnish with cheese
