- 2 1/2 cups fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes
- 3 carrots large, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/8 teaspoon sprigs fresh rosemary, torn into pieces
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Melt 1 tablespoon Promise(R) Buttery Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet and brown chicken. Sprinkle with rosemary. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Melt remaining 1 tablespoon Spread in same skillet over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender. Add broth. Bring to a boil over high heat, scraping up brown bits from bottom of skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook covered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
