Party Seafood Dip

  1. Simmer onion and garlic in butter until golden.
  2. Blend in flour and seasonings.
  3. Add milk and cream gradually, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Add grated cheese (don't get fancy, just Kraft slices work best) and sherry.
  5. This can be done early in the day.
  6. When ready to serve, add shrimp and crab and cook for five to ten minutes until the crab is cooked and the mixture is heated through but not too hot.
  7. You may need to thin with more milk or add more sherry.
