Southern Style Spanish Rice

  1. Cut sausage into 1/2" cubes. Heat a 4-6 quart non-stick pan over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add sausage, onion, green pepper, and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally 3-4 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Let stand 5 minutes, covered. Stir gently and serve.
