Vanilla 'N Toffee Ice Cream Wreath
- 3 quarts Breyers(R) Natural Vanilla Ice Cream slightly softened
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 16 ounces vanilla frosting
- 1 teaspoon green food coloring
- 1 sprig mint
- 3 cranberries
- Line 10-inch Bundt pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang around pan.
- Scoop 1 container Breyers(R) Natural Vanilla Ice Cream into prepared pan, pressing to form an even layer. Top with toffee bits, then remaining Ice Cream, pressing to form an even layer. Cover and freeze 5 hours or overnight. Freeze serving platter 30 minutes before serving.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine frosting with food coloring. Lift Ice Cream from pan using plastic wrap and invert onto chilled serving platter; remove plastic wrap. Frost cake, then garnish with mint and cranberries for "holly". Garnish, if desired, with red holiday bow*.
