Brunswick Stew

  1. Boil chicken in 4 cups water until tender.
  2. Cool and remove bones, saving the broth.
  3. Cut into bite size pieces.
  4. Dice and fry bacon; remove from skillet and brown beef and onion in the pan. Add bacon, chicken broth, salt, paprika and tomatoes.
  5. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Add remaining vegetables and chicken and simmer for another 30 minutes.
  7. Thicken with flour and add seasoning.
