Cold Pasta Salad

  1. In a food processor or blender, puree the diced tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes, basil, wine vinegar, and salt. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. Cook, drain, and cool the pasta.
  3. Place the chopped vegetables in a large bowl, add the olive oil and toss to combine.
  4. Add the pasta and dressing and toss again.
  5. Just before serving, add the crumbled feta and the black olives. Serve cold or at room temperature.
