Foolproof Maple-Dijon Chicken Thighs

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mustard, maple syrup, garlic powder and salt. Stir to combine the seasonings.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the mixing bowl, and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the chicken thighs out on the sheet pan. Pour any remaining dijon-maple mixture on top of the chicken thighs.
  5. Insert the sheet pan into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the thighs reach an internal temperature of 165F.
  6. Remove the sheet pan from the oven, and allow the chicken thighs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
