Gourmet Turkey Soup

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan.
  2. Add onions and cook until transparent.
  3. Stir in curry powder.
  4. Cook 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in potatoes, carrots, celery, broth, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
  6. Simmer 15 minutes.
  7. Stir in green beans, turkey, oregano and parsley.
  8. Continue cooking 15 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
  9. Combine milk and flour; stir in gently until well blended.
  10. The soup should be slightly thickened.
  11. Makes 6 servings.
