Savory Pork Rolls

  1. Trim fat and remove bones from steaks.
  2. Pound to 1/2-inch thickness.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir egg and milk into bread crumbs. Add onion, mustard, poultry seasoning and salt.
  4. Mix well. Divide stuffing between steaks.
  5. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
  6. Coat with flour and brown in shortening. Remove to a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Discard excess fat from skillet. Add water to drippings.
  7. Pour over rolls and bake, covered, in a 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour or until tender.
  8. Serve with Mushroom Sauce.
