It Movie Blood Orange Cocktail

• 3-1/2 ounces, weight Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1/2 ounces, fluid Bailey's
• Ice Cubes
• 2 ounces, fluid Blood Orange Juice
• 3 drops Red Food Colouring, Or As Needed
• 1 ounce, fluid Vodka
• Soda Water, For Topping Up

1. Put ice cream and Baileys in a blender, then blitz mixture until smooth. Set aside and allow ice cream to melt.
2. Wrap 2 to 3 handfuls of ice cubes in a tea towel, then bash with a tenderiser, rolling pin or something of that nature until semi-crushed. Fill a tall glass 3/4 full with the semi-crushed ice.
3. Mix blood orange juice and red food colouring together, then add to the ice-filled glass. Add vodka, and then add soda water until glass is filled 3/4 full.
4. Pour melted ice cream and Baileys mixture over the blood orange cocktail very slowly (try to pour it on the bits of ice). Serve straight away and do not mix the cocktail.
