Spicy Peach Plum Habanero Hot Sauce

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients. Process for several minutes until mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour into a large pot and bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly so that it does not stick. Once sauce reaches a rolling boil, turn heat to simmer and continue to stir for 10 minutes.
  3. Let cool and pour into 8-ounce jars. Store in refrigerator.
  4. This recipes makes seven 8-ounce jars.
