Spicy Peach Plum Habanero Hot Sauce
- 24 whole Habanero Peppers, Cleaned And Seeded
- 12 whole Black Plums, Peeled, Pitted And Sliced
- 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Peaches In Light Syrup
- 3 cloves Garlic, Cleaned And Diced
- 1 cup Cane Sugar
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- In a food processor, add all ingredients. Process for several minutes until mixture is smooth.
- Pour into a large pot and bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly so that it does not stick. Once sauce reaches a rolling boil, turn heat to simmer and continue to stir for 10 minutes.
- Let cool and pour into 8-ounce jars. Store in refrigerator.
- This recipes makes seven 8-ounce jars.
