Beef Goulash

  1. Heat drippings in a 2-quart casserole with microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
  2. Add onions, potatoes and paprika.
  3. Cover and cook 3 minutes.
  4. Add meat, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook 3 minutes.
  6. Add a small amount of the water to cornstarch, stirring until cornstarch dissolves.
  7. Add cornstarch mixture and remaining water to casserole.
  8. Cover and cook 12 to 14 minutes.
  9. Recipe yields 4 servings.
