Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat bundt pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips and frosting in mixing bowl. Mix until well-blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour.
  3. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Invert pan onto wire rack, remove pan and let the cake finish cooling. Move the cake to a cake plate.
  4. Remove the lids from the icing tub and pop in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Stir and drizzle over top of cake. There's a lot of frosting, so in order to prevent an over-the-edge-dripping-disaster, pool most of the frosting in the center hole.
  5. This cake is the very best when served still slightly warm. Take it to a party...people will go nutty.
