Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake
- 1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1-1/3 cups Water
- 1 box Chocolate Pudding Instant Dry Mix, Small Box
- 1 package Semi-sweet Chocolate Chunks, 12 Oz. Bag
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tub Cream Cheese Frosting
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat bundt pan with non-stick spray.
- Combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips and frosting in mixing bowl. Mix until well-blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Invert pan onto wire rack, remove pan and let the cake finish cooling. Move the cake to a cake plate.
- Remove the lids from the icing tub and pop in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Stir and drizzle over top of cake. There's a lot of frosting, so in order to prevent an over-the-edge-dripping-disaster, pool most of the frosting in the center hole.
- This cake is the very best when served still slightly warm. Take it to a party...people will go nutty.
