Zucchini Noodles With Spicy Peanut Sauce
- 2 Medium Zucchini
- 1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce, Gluten-free If Desired
- 1/8 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil (or Appropriate Amount For Your Taste)
- 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Agave Nectar
- 1 teaspoon Roasted Sesame Seeds (white Or Black)
- Use a mandoline julienne slicer or spiral vegetable slicer to slice the zucchini squash. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk remaining ingredients (except sesame seeds) until creamy. Add sauce into the bowl with zucchini noodles. Gently toss to combine thoroughly.
- Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately.
