Zucchini Noodles With Spicy Peanut Sauce

  1. Use a mandoline julienne slicer or spiral vegetable slicer to slice the zucchini squash. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk remaining ingredients (except sesame seeds) until creamy. Add sauce into the bowl with zucchini noodles. Gently toss to combine thoroughly.
  3. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately.
