Cran-Orange Banana Bread(Low-Fat And Sugar-Free)

  1. Combine cranberries and sweetener to taste; set aside. Combine orange juice, bananas and eggs; beat until fluffy.
  2. Add cranberries to this mixture.
  3. Combine dry ingredients; add to batter.
  4. Beat 1 minute.
  5. Fold in raisins.
  6. Spoon into a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes, or until knife inserted at center comes out clean.
  8. Makes 20 servings.
