Frozen Strawberry Dessert
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Walnuts, Chopped
- 3 whole Egg Whites
- 2/3 cups Sugar
- 1 package Frozen Strawberries (10-ounce)
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Whipped Cream (home Made Or Store Bought)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cut butter into flour and brown sugar to make crumbly mixture.
- Add chopped nuts. Place in 10x15 jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Stir occasionally but watch closely. Sprinkle 1/2 of crumbles mixture into 9x13 pan.
- In mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, strawberries and lemon juice. Beat until very stiff in mixer (at least 10 minutes).
- Fold in whipped cream by hand until evenly mixed. Spoon mixture over crumbles. Top with remaining crumbles.
- Cover with pan lid. Freeze overnight. Cut in squares and serve frozen.
