Easy Apple Pie

  1. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish. Set aside.
  2. Bring apples, water and spices to a boil in a large saucepan.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in gelatin and pudding mix until well blended. Bring to a full boil on high heat.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon into pie plate. Sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Garnish each serving with 1 tablespoon yogurt.
  9. Makes 8 servings.
