Zucchini Brownies With Caramel Frosting

  1. Mix together first 5 ingredients (the dry ingredients).
  2. Cream together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine the 2 mixtures.
  4. Gradually add zucchini, walnuts and butterscotch chips.
  5. Spread into a 10x15 pan. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Frost cooled bars with Caramel Frosting.
  7. To make the frosting, melt butter over low heat in a saucepan. Add brown sugar and increase heat and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to second boil. Remove from heat. Add enough powdered sugar to reach a spreadable consistency. Spread onto cooled bars. Then cut and serve.
