Pigs In A Blanket(I Admit That This Recipe Has A Weird Name.)
- 12 cabbage leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. tomato sauce
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 eggs
- 6 pork chops
- 2 cans green beans
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 beef roast
- 6 carrots, peeled
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 4 c. or more water
- 6 potatoes, peeled
- 3 onions, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- In a large roaster, place meat and vegetables, except carrots. Sprinkle seasonings on top, and add water to cover roast.
- Place lid on roaster and bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove, add carrots, then bake an additional 30 minutes, or until meat and potatoes are tender.
- Serves 6.
