Apple Bread With Cinnamon Pecan Crunch

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking powder. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and applesauce.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix just until incorporated. Fold in apples and pecans.
  4. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over loaf.
  5. Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes. Invert to remove loaf as soon as possible.
