Gingered Plum Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix the first six ingredients in a bowl and pour into a greased 9" baking dish.
  3. Put all of the topping ingredients (the remaining four) in a food processor and pulse until the mixture starts to come together.
  4. Sprinkle the topping over the filling and bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown
  5. A little ice cream could be called for here....
