Spongebob Cupcakes With Frosting

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C. Line a 12-count standard size muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar.
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder into a small bowl. Alternately add the beaten eggs and sifted flour and baking powder mixture into the creamed mixture until combined.
  4. Place mixture into cupcake liners filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  5. Frost the top with white frosting. Then color additional frosting as desired and shape with a fondant set. Cut out shapes from frosting and place onto cupcake.
