Crispy Cheesy Vegan Broccoli
- 4 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets, Chopped
- 1/3 cups Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 Lemon, Juiced, Divided
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
- Place broccoli into a medium size mixing bowl.
- In a small mixing bowl, add nutritional yeast, garlic powder, chili powder, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well. Drizzle half of the lemon juice on the broccoli and then add the nutritional yeast mixture and toss.
- Place broccoli onto a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 25-30 minutes, until broccoli super crispy. Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining lemonjuice. Add another sprinkle of nutritional yeast seasoning for more intense cheesy flavor.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
