Pasta Salad For Dinner
- 1 pound Seashell Pasta Cooked And Cooled
- 1/2 pounds Provolone Cheese, Chopped Or Shredded
- 1/2 pounds Genoese Salami Chopped Fine
- 1/2 pounds Ham Chopped Fine
- 1/2 pounds Pepperoni, Chopped Fine
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Chopped
- 3 stalks Celery, Chopped
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 3 whole Tomatoes, Quartered
- 3/4 cups Oil
- 1/2 cups Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- Salt To Taste
- Cook seashell pasta as directed on box. Cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pasta, provolone cheese, Genoese salami, ham, pepperoni, peppers, celery, onion and tomatoes.
- Mix in a separate bowl: oil, vinegar, pepper and salt
- (oregano can be added if you want).
- Pour over pasta salad. Garnish and serve.
- Enjoy!
