Oreo Cheesecake

• 1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
• 1/3 c. margarine, melted
• 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 4 eggs (room temperature)
• 1 c. dairy sour cream
• whipped cream (for garnish)

1. Finely roll 30 cookies; coarsely chop 20 cookies.
2. In bowl, combine finely rolled cookie crumbs and margarine.
3. Press on bottom and 2 inches up side of 9-inch spring-form pan; set aside.
4. In bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
5. Blend in eggs, sour cream and vanilla; fold in chopped cookies.
6. Spread mixture into prepared crust.
7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 60 minutes or until set.
8. Cool on wire rack at room temperature.
9. Chill at least 4 hours.
10. Halve remaining cookies; remove side of pan.
