Apple And Sage Creamy Chicken
- 1/3 cups Canola Oil
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
- 1 Shallot, Chopped
- 1 Apple, Peeled, Medium Diced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Sage
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- Salt And Pepper
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add canola oil and heat on the stovetop for about 4 minutes.
- While the oil is heating up, season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Place the chicken thighs in the oil and sear for about 4 minutes on each side. Place chicken in a baking sheet pan or rack. Place the chicken in the oven for 25 minutes.
- In a nonstick pan, melt butter. Add shallots, apple, and sage. Season with salt and pepper. Add heavy cream.
- Place chicken in the sauce and cook for about 10 minutes over low/medium heat.
