Apple And Sage Creamy Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, add canola oil and heat on the stovetop for about 4 minutes.
  3. While the oil is heating up, season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Place the chicken thighs in the oil and sear for about 4 minutes on each side. Place chicken in a baking sheet pan or rack. Place the chicken in the oven for 25 minutes.
  4. In a nonstick pan, melt butter. Add shallots, apple, and sage. Season with salt and pepper. Add heavy cream.
  5. Place chicken in the sauce and cook for about 10 minutes over low/medium heat.
