Butterscotch Heath Cookies
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cream Of Tartar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Butter Flavoring
- 4 cups Flour
- 1 cup Heath Bits
- 1 cup Butterscotch Baking Chips
- 3/4 cups Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)
- Mix all ingredients together. I sometimes add 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, which is delicious. If you want, you can make regular chocolate chip cookies and instead of using a cup each of heath bits and butterscotch chips, use 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips. Whatever floats your boat!!
- After you've mixed everything, place cookie scoopfuls of cookie dough on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12- 15 minutes.
- YUM YUM.
- You can also store cookie dough in the freezer for fresh cookies anytime. Just pull the sealed container of cookie dough out, let sit for a little bit and place on cookie sheets and bake!
