Low Carb No Bake Cookies

  1. Mix together the coconut oil, peanut butter, cocoa powder until the cocoa powder is fully incorporated.
  2. Add the splenda and vanilla.
  3. Next incorporate the coconut and pecans.
  4. Use a spoon to drop cookies onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Chill until set.
  5. I make small cookies with these. If you like them small like I do, you will get approximately 18 cookies. If you like them larger, by all means make them larger, it will just increase the setting time.
