No-Bake Energy Bars With Chocolate And Turmeric

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on the slowest setting, you don't want the mixture to become too runny.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour mixture and form a 1/4 inch thick square. Add a few dark chocolate chips on top. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours, the more the merrier.
  3. Remove from freezer, add dark chocolate drizzle (optional) and cut into squares. Leave leftovers in the freezer, not the fridge, it will taste much better!
