Hash Brown Patties
- 2 cups Frozen Hash Brown Or Shredded Potato
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- If using frozen hash browns, allow bag to thaw or warm up on skillet for 2-3 minutes. Remove and squeeze out any excess moisture (important!). If using regular potato, shred potatoes, then rinse with cold water and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
- Heat up skillet to medium heat. Add scoops of the hash brown mixture and form a patty, flattening mixture with a spatula. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping every few minutes, ensuring patties are golden brown and crispy.
- If desired, serve with a spoonful of sauteed spinach and sunny-side-up egg on top of the hash brown patty.
