Watermelon Feta Napoleon

  1. Pile arugula on serving plates.
  2. Lay a slice of feta on the greens, top with a slab of watermelon and some cracked pepper.
  3. Repeat the layers twice, ending with a slice of feta cheese.
  4. Grind some more pepper over the top, squeeze a wedge of lime over the top.
  5. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle a small amount of balsamic vinegar over the greens.
  6. Sit back and admire how pretty it is and then eat away!
