Pinch Me Bread (Monkey Bread)
- 1/2 cups Broken Walnuts (not Chopped Too Finely)
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 3 packages Pillsbury Refrigerator Biscuits (7.5oz)
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 12 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease a tube/bundt pan. Sprinkle bottom with walnuts.
- Mix white sugar and cinnamon. Remove 1/4 cup of cinnamon sugar mixture to use later in butter mixture.
- Cut 30 refrigerator biscuits into quarters. (I use kitchen shears and it goes fast). Roll each piece into remaining cinnamon sugar and drop into the prepared pan.
- Melt brown sugar, 1/4 cup of cinnamon sugar, and butter together. Stir while mixing to make sure the butter is well incorporated with the sugars (does that make any sense?).
- Add 1-2 tsp of vanilla. Pour mixture over biscuits in pan and put in oven to bake for 30 minutes.
- Invert pan onto plate immediately. Scoop up all the messy gooey goodness and put back on top.
