Chocolatey Cherry Brownies
- 1 cup Fresh Cherries
- 1 bag Ghiradelli 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips
- 1-1/2 stick Butter
- 1-1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Pit and dice cherries.
- Melt 1/2 the bag or so of chocolate in a pan with the butter on low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar and eggs and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients with the chocolate mixture. Then when mixture is properly, ah, mixed, throw in the chopped pecans, cherries and remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 35 or so minutes.
- These will be a very moist brownie so at some point I believe it's best to refrigerate them.
- Bake & eat immediately for instant PMS relief.
