Chocolatey Cherry Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Pit and dice cherries.
  3. Melt 1/2 the bag or so of chocolate in a pan with the butter on low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar and eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with the chocolate mixture. Then when mixture is properly, ah, mixed, throw in the chopped pecans, cherries and remaining chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 35 or so minutes.
  6. These will be a very moist brownie so at some point I believe it's best to refrigerate them.
  7. Bake & eat immediately for instant PMS relief.
