White Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookies
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1-1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, Softened To Room Temperature
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 3/4 cups Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- Preheat your oven to 350u0b0F. Grease or line a couple of cookie sheets.
- In a medium bowl; whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda.
- In a large bowl cream together the butter and both of the sugars until light and creamy. Add in 1 egg at a time until well blended. Gradually add in the cocoa/flour mixture. Gently mix in the white chocolate chips and spoon out rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared pans. You might want to pat them flat a bit with your fingertips because they won't spread like regular cookies would.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Cookies will be puffed up a bit but will settle as they cool. Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
