Washington Cheesecake
- 1 c. graham crackers
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing on electric mixer until well blended.
- Blend in eggs, milk and vanilla; pour over crust.
- Bake at 450u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature at 250u0b0.
- Continue baking 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
- Loosen cake from rim of pan.
- Cool; remove rim.
- Chill.
- Top with pie filling before serving.
