Washington Cheesecake

  1. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Bake at 325u0b0 for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing on electric mixer until well blended.
  4. Blend in eggs, milk and vanilla; pour over crust.
  5. Bake at 450u0b0 for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce oven temperature at 250u0b0.
  7. Continue baking 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
  8. Loosen cake from rim of pan.
  9. Cool; remove rim.
  10. Chill.
  11. Top with pie filling before serving.
