Breakfast Pizza
- 1 package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls 8 Oz
- 1 pound Ground Pork Sausage
- 5 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Shredded Hash Browns, Thawed
- 1 can Mushrooms, Drained 4 Oz
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 5 whole Eggs
- 1/4 cups Milk Or Half-and-Half
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- - Lightly spray bottom & sides of 9x13 casserole dish with pan spray;
- - Press Crescent rolls on bottom and up sides of dish. Set aside;
- - Brown Sausage, and drain fat;
- - Fry Bacon until crisp, and blot off fat; cut or crumble into bite-size pieces;
- - Layer Sausage, Hash Browns, Mushrooms, Bacon, Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheeses on top of the Crescent Roll dough;
- - In a separate bowl, beat the Eggs and Milk or Half & Half together. Pour Egg mixture evenly over the top of the other ingredients.
- - Sprinkle with Grated Parmesan Cheese.
- - Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
- OR
- - Cover tightly with plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator about 15-20 minutes before placing in the preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
