Breakfast Pizza

  1. - Lightly spray bottom & sides of 9x13 casserole dish with pan spray;
  2. - Press Crescent rolls on bottom and up sides of dish. Set aside;
  3. - Brown Sausage, and drain fat;
  4. - Fry Bacon until crisp, and blot off fat; cut or crumble into bite-size pieces;
  5. - Layer Sausage, Hash Browns, Mushrooms, Bacon, Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheeses on top of the Crescent Roll dough;
  6. - In a separate bowl, beat the Eggs and Milk or Half & Half together. Pour Egg mixture evenly over the top of the other ingredients.
  7. - Sprinkle with Grated Parmesan Cheese.
  8. - Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
  9. OR
  10. - Cover tightly with plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator about 15-20 minutes before placing in the preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
