Dan’S Delightful Potaotes

  1. In a cast iron 12" Dutch oven, brown bacon until crisp; remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towel; set aside-leave bacon grease in Dutch oven.
  2. Add cubed potatoes and enough water to cover the potatoes. Bring to a boil and add garlic salt to taste. Boil until potatoes are fork tender.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl combine soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, butter, green onions, shredded cheese, and McCormick seasoning. Mix well.
  4. When potatoes are done, drain water. Add soup mixture and reserved bacon; mix thoroughly. Heat until bubbly and cheese and butter are melted. Serve.
