Blueberry Bakery Muffins

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in center of dry ingredients.
  2. Stir together milk, oil and eggs in a bowl; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Fold in the frozen blueberries.
  4. ( Batter will be quite thick) Spoon sugar over the muffins.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until tops are slightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Remove from pan as soon as they come come out of oven, cool on rack for 5 minutes or so.
  7. Enjoy!!
