Tomato Bread

  1. Heat juice and butter together until butter melts.
  2. Add sugar, salt, herbs, ketchup and cheese.
  3. Let cool to lukewarm. Sprinkle yeast on warm water and
  4. stir.
  5. Add
  6. tomato mix and 3 cups of flour to yeast.
  7. Beat
  8. with
  9. electric
  10. mixer at medium for 2 minutes until smooth.
  11. Mix
  12. in enough of remaining flour to make a soft dough.
  13. Knead
  14. by
  15. hand
  16. or
  17. machine
  18. 8
  19. to
  20. 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl.
  21. Cover
  22. and
  23. let
  24. rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and
  25. divide
  26. in half.
  27. Place in greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise about 1 hour.
  28. Bake at 375u0b0 for about 25 minutes.
  29. While still
  30. hot,
  31. brush
  32. top
  33. with oil and cool.
