Wagon Wheel Pasta Salad
- 16 ounces, weight Wagon Wheel Pasta, Cooked, Drained And Cooled
- 1 whole Large Green Pepper, Diced
- 2 cups Grated Carrots (about 4-5 Carrots)
- 1 whole Small Onion, Finely Diced
- 16 ounces, weight Mayonnaise
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT Evaporated Milk!)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 4 ounces, fluid Or 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, Or To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, Or To Taste
- In large bowl, toss together pasta, green pepper, carrots and onion. In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Combine dressing with pasta mixture. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Stir well before serving. Stand back and wait for compliments and recipe requests!
