Not Really Snickerdoodles

  1. Cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Slowly add vanilla and eggs.
  2. In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to butter/sugar mixture.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  4. Pop dough in the freezer for 30 minutes (or refrigerate 2-3 hours) or until dough is sufficiently chilled. Unwrap bite-sized Snickers. Using about 2 tablespoons of dough, wrap the Snicker in a ball, rolling between palms to coat.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes or until almost lightly browned.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  7. Eat and enjoy!
  8. Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.
