Not Really Snickerdoodles
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3-1/2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 16 ounces, weight Bag Bite Sized Snickers Bars
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- Cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Slowly add vanilla and eggs.
- In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to butter/sugar mixture.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Pop dough in the freezer for 30 minutes (or refrigerate 2-3 hours) or until dough is sufficiently chilled. Unwrap bite-sized Snickers. Using about 2 tablespoons of dough, wrap the Snicker in a ball, rolling between palms to coat.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes or until almost lightly browned.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Eat and enjoy!
- Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.
