“Soft” Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. I use my Kitchen Aid stand mixer and it works great on making this batch up!
  3. Add softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and pudding packet into a large bowl, mix well. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour and baking soda and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. Put by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 9 mins. Cool on wire rack and store in airtight container to keep cookies fresh and from drying out.
  5. Enjoy!
