“Soft” Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup Butter, Softened (2 Sticks)
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cups Light Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 package Vanilla Instant Pudding, (small Box)
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 package Chocolate Chip Morsels
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- I use my Kitchen Aid stand mixer and it works great on making this batch up!
- Add softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and pudding packet into a large bowl, mix well. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour and baking soda and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Put by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 9 mins. Cool on wire rack and store in airtight container to keep cookies fresh and from drying out.
