Stir-Fry Thai Shrimp

  1. Place shrimp, 1/2 of the garlic and fish sauce in bowl.
  2. Mix and marinate 10 to 15 minutes; set aside.
  3. Pour 1 teaspoon oil in wok or frying pan on medium-high heat.
  4. Place remaining garlic in pan.
  5. Stir couple times and add long beans, sprinkle sugar and shoyu sauce.
  6. Stir; lower heat and simmer 7 to 10 minutes.
  7. Remove beans from pan.
  8. Return heat to medium-high, add remaining oil and place marinated shrimp in pan.
  9. Stir and add onion.
  10. Add long beans to partially cooked shrimp, stir and turn off heat.
  11. Serve immediately.
