Stir-Fry Thai Shrimp
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, deveined
- 1 pkg. long beans, cut in 2-inch lengths
- 1/4 round onion, thinly sliced
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. Tiparo's fish sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- Place shrimp, 1/2 of the garlic and fish sauce in bowl.
- Mix and marinate 10 to 15 minutes; set aside.
- Pour 1 teaspoon oil in wok or frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Place remaining garlic in pan.
- Stir couple times and add long beans, sprinkle sugar and shoyu sauce.
- Stir; lower heat and simmer 7 to 10 minutes.
- Remove beans from pan.
- Return heat to medium-high, add remaining oil and place marinated shrimp in pan.
- Stir and add onion.
- Add long beans to partially cooked shrimp, stir and turn off heat.
- Serve immediately.
