Autumn Honey Cinnamon Pear Mojito
- 3/4 cups Fresh Mint Leave (about 5 To 7 Leaves Per Drink)
- 4 Lime Wedges
- Crushed Ice, As Needed
- 1/4 cups Lime Juice
- 5 ounces, fluid White Rum
- 2 Pears, Thinly Sliced
- 3 cups Club Soda
- FOR THE HONEY CINNAMON SYRUP:
- 3/4 cups Water
- 1/3 cups Honey
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Divide mint leaves between glasses. Add 2 lime wedges and 2 tablespoons honey cinnamon syrup to each glass. Use a muddler and gently break up the mint leaves. Fill each glass about halfway full with crushed ice. Add 2 tablespoons lime juice and 2 1/2 ounces rum to each glass and stir to combine. Add sliced pears and top the glass with club soda. Garnish with extra mint leave and enjoy!
- For the honey cinnamon syrup:
- Combine water and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
