Homemade Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oatmeal, brown sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and almond milk. Set aside.
  3. Cut the tops off the apples and use a spoon or melon baller to remove the inside of the apple to make a cup. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon into the bottom of each cup. Put in a baking dish and set aside.
  4. Cut up the apple that you scooped out into little pieces. Add to the oatmeal mixture and mix well. Scoop the oatmeal filling into each apple. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon cinnamon on top of each one.
  5. Add the apple juice or water into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
