Homemade Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
- 3-1/4 cups Oatmeal
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 10 teaspoons Cinnamon, Divided
- 5-1/2 cups Almond Milk (unsweetened)
- 4 Large Apples (Baking Variety), Washed And Dried
- 1/2 cups Apple Juice Or Water
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
- In a medium bowl, combine oatmeal, brown sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and almond milk. Set aside.
- Cut the tops off the apples and use a spoon or melon baller to remove the inside of the apple to make a cup. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon into the bottom of each cup. Put in a baking dish and set aside.
- Cut up the apple that you scooped out into little pieces. Add to the oatmeal mixture and mix well. Scoop the oatmeal filling into each apple. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon cinnamon on top of each one.
- Add the apple juice or water into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
