Southern Sausage Coffee Cake

• 1 pound Jamestown Sausage (this Brand Works Best But Smithfield Is Good Too!)
• 1/2 cups Green Onion, Chopped
• 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
• 1/2 cups Jack Or Swiss Cheese, Grated
• 1 whole Egg, Beaten
• 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Roughly Chopped
• 2 cups Bisquick Mix
• 3/4 cups Milk
• 1/4 cups Mayonnaise

1. Brown sausage, onions and drain. Add next 4 ingredients.
2. Make batter of Bisquick, milk and mayo in another bowl.
3. Spread HALF of this batter in a greased with cooking spray 8" square dish.
4. Pour in sausage mixture. Spread remaining Bisquick mix on top. (This will be hard to spread so always best to use spatula that has been under hot water to make life easier!)
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When knife inserted comes out clean, it's done! (Don't be fooled by the melting cheese - just make certain the biscuit part is done by this method.)
