Vanilla Glazed Apple Cinnamon Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Combine milk and egg, add to the dry ingredients.
  2. Add melted butter and mix well. Combine the sugar with chopped apples. Stir apples into the batter.
  3. Fill 3-4 greased muffin tins and bake at 350u0b0F for about 20 minutes or until tops and golden brown and spring back when pressed.
  4. For the glaze, combine powdered sugar with vanilla and milk, adding a teaspoon of milk at a time until glaze reaches desired consistency. Drizzle glaze over the muffins.
